I recall that Learniverse previously allowed adding a downloadable certificate at the end of a course. If the option still exists, it does not appear when a course is created from a training plan. After generating a course from a plan, I am unable to find any setting to enable or attach a PDF completion certificate that includes the learner’s name. It would be extremely helpful to restore or expose this option so that courses built from plans can also issue personalized, downloadable certificates for compliance documentation.
